Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) package frozen spinach
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 1/3 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook and drain spinach.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  3. Bake 350 for 35 minute.
