Spinach Artichoke White Bean Saute

Spinach and Artichoke are a powerhouse combination you cannot go wrong with. This recipe was born when I found some white beans in my pantry. Super easy!
Ingredients:
1 can of artichoke hearts drained
1 can of white beans drained
couple handfuls of torn fresh spinach
2-3 garlic cloves crushed
red pepper flakes
olive oil
Directions:
1. In a medium skillet, warm the olive oil, adding the crushed garlic and red pepper flakes to your liking.
2. Add the artichokes and saute.
3. Add the white beans and saute.
4. Add the spinach, cover to steam.
5. Let warm through and serve.
6. Easy!
