Acutually the servings usually are just for 2! I ususally alwasy double or triple the recipe because it goes quick!
Ingredients:
1 10oz box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese mix
1/2 cup shredded monzerella cheese
10 oz prepared alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 oz softened cream cheese
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. combine ingredients in a bowl and spread into 8X8 baking dish.
3. bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbly and melted.
4. serve with bread or chips.
