Spinach Artichoke Dip

A family favorite
Ingredients:
* 2 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
* 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed (all water squeezed out very important)
* 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1 8 oz. brick cream cheese
* 1 cup grated romano, parmesan, asiago cheeses
* 1 teaspoon basil
* 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (or more to taste)
* salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. 2. In a food processor, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach
3. 3. mayonnaise, cream cheese, all the cheeses, basil and garlic.(this can be done by hand too if you want. I normally just do the spinach and artichokes in the food processor and the rest with my stand mixer)
4. 4. Pour mixture into baking dish, sprayed with Pam
5. 5. Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
