Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is a fast simple dish i made with stuff in the cupboard.
Ingredients:
1 can spinach
4 tbls. flour
4 tbls. butter
salt
pepper
1 can artichoke hearts quartered
parmesan cheese
mozzerella
1 cup milk or until thick
1tbls. minced garlic
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pan
2. stir in flour
3. cook for a minute until gold color
4. add milk until thick to your likens
5. add garlic
6. add spinach
7. artichoke hearts
8. salt pepper
9. cook over med low heat
10. add parmesan and mozz.
11. I kept adding parm. until thick enough
12. cook on stove or bake in a dish
13. I used cool ranch doritos
14. I might add crab meat next time
