Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan
  2. Stir in flour
  3. Cook for a minute until gold color
  4. Add milk until thick to your likens
  5. Add garlic
  6. Add spinach
  7. Artichoke hearts
  8. Salt pepper
  9. Cook over med low heat
  10. Add parmesan and mozz.
  11. I kept adding parm. until thick enough
  12. Cook on stove or bake in a dish
  13. I used cool ranch doritos
  14. I might add crab meat next time
