Spinach and Rice Salad

This is the original recipe from my aunt. I don't put mushrooms, instead I use green pepper, and I use brown rice but you can use either brown or white rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
3 cups spinach
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup mushroom, chopped
1 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place salad ingredients into a big bowl and then place dressing over top of the salad and toss.
