Spinach and Potato Soup - Easy Peasy, Delicious Style!

Really good hot or chilled! Dead easy and quick to make but delicious in taste. Enjoy with fresh bread or on its own
Ingredients:
1 liter chicken stock
5 medium potatoes
60 g fresh spinach leaves
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and chop potatoes, and boil in the prepared chicken stock until soft
2. Put potatoes and spinach leaves into the blender, adding liquid chicken stock until the soup is at desired consistency.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste, and either enjoy hot or chill to enjoy later!
