Spinach And Artichoke Dip

An over the top recipe. You will never taste a more creamy, flavor filled dip. It freezes well and reheats perfectly in the microwave. Serve with crusty bread, tortillas, or veggies.
Ingredients:
10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 t. fresh garlic, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. fresh parmesan cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. monterey jack cheese, grated
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
11/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large deep baking dish. Mix all ingredients (except almonds) well. Place in baking dish and bake for approximately 35 - 45 minutes. Add the slivered almonds to the top of the dip for the last 15 minutes. Serve with bread, tortillas, crackers, or veggies.
