Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts
1 lb frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 cup soy sour cream
1 cup soy mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Finely chop artichoke hearts.
3. Mix spinach artichoke hearts vegannaise, sour cream and mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes.
