Spinach is versatile to cook can be served in soup, stir fry or even in porridge. Spinach is a great veggie to introduce to children because it has no earthy smell. There are a few kinds of spinach, some have green leaves and some with red and purplish leaves, both are nutrient-rich. Read more . Sharing here are both super easy simple stir fry and soup method.

chicken/veggie broth
fish balls, tofu - optional
seasoning
salt, sugar, cooking oil
Directions:
1. Preparation:
2. If you do not like the chewy fibre spinach stems, you can strip off the fibre from the stems. You will get softer and not so chewy stems.
3. Simple Stir fry Cooking method :
4. 1. Heat up your wok/skillet with cooking oil.
5. 2. Once oil is hot, place in garlic and sauté (optional, if you do not like garlic then skip this step)
6. 3. Once garlic browned, add in spinach stems then spinach leaves and stir fry for a few minutes and add in some water and simmer for a while until veggie soft.
7. 4. Add in seasoning salt to your liking, dish up and serve.

9. You can opt to add in dried shrimps and chili if you like it spicy.
10. Soup Cooking method – 3 simple steps:
11. 1. Reheat your chicken/veggie broth in a pot.
12. 2. Once broth boiled add in spinach and let it boil for a few minutes
13. 3. Add in seasoning to your liking, salt, garlic oil. Once the veggie is soft then ready for serving!

15. You can optionally add in fish balls, or tofu into the soup.
