8 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1 ounce fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (recommended ( jell-o)
1 (4 ounce) orange flavored yogurt (recommended ( yoplait orange creme)
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup vanilla vodka
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
2 cups ice cubes
