Spicy Tuna Patties

Tuna Patties, with chilli, spinach, nutmeg
Ingredients:
6 ounces tuna (or fresh)
spinach
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon chili powder (or to desired heat)
2 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
1 large potato
salt & pepper
breadcrumbs
olive oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Cook potato and spinach.
2. Prepare pattie mix by combining tuna, nutmeg, chilli powder, potato, spinach,1 egg ,seasoning add flour gradually to form a non sticky mix.
3. Separate mixture into 6 equal sized balls and flatten to form the patties.
4. Coat lightly in flour, egg then breadcrumb mix.
5. freeze for 1 hr (not essential but makes it easier to fry).
6. Shallow fry at a medium heat, 7 mins on either side until golden brown.
7. Serve with a salad of your choice.
