Spicy Tuna Maki-nori

A simple spicy maki-nori for people who don't want to spend a lot of money.
Ingredients:
2 cups (cooked) short-grain rice
1/4 cup sushi-su
5 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sesame-oil
1 can tuna (drained)
3 tablespoon chili-oil
1 tablespoon sesemi-oil
1 pack nori
Directions:
1. Mix mirin, sushi-su and seseme-oil into the rice and place in refrigerator to chill.
2. Mix chili-oil with the tuna.
3. To make the roll place nori on a flat surface. (preferably a Sushi Rolling Mat)
4. Lay down a thin layer of rice (1/2 inch) leaving a 1 inch strip at the top.(remember, be firm and compress the rice a little but be careful not to tear the nori)
5. Add the tuna in a line about 1/2 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep.
6. Take the nori by the bottom edge and roll slowly.
7. When you get to the end of the rice take some cold water and wet the strip of nori that you left earlier, continue rolling to seal.
8. Cut into fourths and enjoy.
