Fried Tuna Patties with a Spicy Twist!
Ingredients:
3 (6 ounce) cans tuna (drained)
1 1/2 cups italian breadcrumbs
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
4 tablespoons miracle whip
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 cup onion (finely diced)
1/4 cup bell pepper (finely diced)
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon red curry powder
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon roasted garlic
1 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients like you would if you were making a meatloaf.
2. Shape into patties.
3. Dredge patties in the cornmeal mixture and fry until crunchy.
4. Serve with a Sauce of your choice or eat them like a sandwich on a toasted Bun.
