Ingredients:
12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges. Combine lime juice and water. Dip wedges in lime juice mixture; drain on paper towels. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
3. Combine garlic powder and remaining 3 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over wedges. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes or until crisp. Transfer chips to wire racks; cool completely.
4. Store chips in an airtight container.
