Ingredients:
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 c. baby bella mushrooms
1/4 c. toasted almonds
7 oz. baby spinach
1/4 red pepper
1/2 lb. firm tofu
3 tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
4 scallions
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 chili pepper
2 tablespoons cilantro
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
1. marinate 30 min.
2. cook mushrooms in sesame oil
3. add mixture
4. pour over spinach to wilt
