A hearty protein rich shrimp dish that's super easy to prepare. Ingredients:
12 oz shrimp |
1/4 onion |
1 tomato, plum |
1 chili pepper |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
2 tbsp lime juice |
Directions:
1. Prep time= 5 minutes 2. Cook Time= 5-10 minutes 3. Thaw 12 oz frozen shrimp 4. thinly slice one thai chili pepper, saute over high heat using a no calorie spray. 5. Add chopped onion to the suate pan 6. Add salt, pepper, lime juice. (for an extra zing of lime add the zest of 1/2 a lime) 7. Toss in shrimp and heat through. 8. Add the tomato at the very end to keep their texture |
