Spicy Stuffed Pepper Soup

The perfect soup to warm you all fall & winter long.
Ingredients:
1 pound spicy italian sausage
1 pound ground beef
2 28 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 can ro-tel tomatoes; mild or spicy
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups green pepper, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
14 ounces water (more if still too thick)
Directions:
1. In Dutch oven, brown ground beef & sausage, drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low.
5. Cover and simmer until peppers are tender about 35-40 minutes.
