Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This recipe I can make for the guys and watch them eat their vegetables. In my house I have to hide the veggies to get him to eat them. This dip is scrumptious!!
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
i/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped roasted bell peppers
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 cup grated pepper jack cheese
box of frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
13.75 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
3 teaspoons finely chopped pickled jalapeƱos
2 loaves of sourdough bread (or i like the hawaiian sweet bread with mine)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Add all other ingredients and mix until blended.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Drop oven to 350.
6. Cut up one of the loaves of bread and create a bowl out of the other loaf by scooping out the center of the bread.
7. Cut the bread into bite sized pieces and place in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 5-6 minutes.
9. Scoop dip into the bowl and serve with the bread pieces!
