Spicy Spanish Sausages

Serve in soup spoon with salted & almonds & spanish olives for a spanish tapas flair
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 clove garlic finely chopped
1 lb. cooked chorizo or kielbasa sausage links cut into 1/2 thick slices
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. coriander
dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup dry red wine (such as rioja, bordeaux or merlot ) or beef broth
Directions:
1. In 10 skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add onion;
2. cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft
3. Add garlic; cook & stir 30-60 seconds or until fragrant.
4. Add sausage slices; cook 2-4 minutes or until lightly
5. browned, turning once
6. Stir in paprika, coriander & ground red pepper
7. Add tomato sauce & wine or beef broth;
8. cook about 5 minutes to reduce slightly, stirring occasionally
9. Serve warm with cocktail toothpicks
