Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar, or to taste
1 tablespoon tabasco, or to taste
2 teaspoons kosher salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
4 pounds mixed cabbages such as green, red, and savoy, thinly sliced
3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Directions:
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Tabasco, salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved, then toss with vegetables.
