This recipe comes from my mom, Loretta Anderson.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. uncooked shrimp
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Peel shrimp. Place shrimp in bowl with all ingredients except vegetable oil. Set aside for at least 1 hour
2. Heat oven to 425°F. Coat baking pan with vegetable oil. Spread shrimp evenly on bottom of pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
