Spicy Sesame Noodles

This dish tastes great warm or cold! You can also use any type of noodle you like. Easy, great for a light supper or lunch.
Ingredients:
1 16 oz package of pasta noodles, your choice.
2 tbs sesame oil
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1 tbs minced fresh gingerroot
3 drop of chili oil (caution , very hot)
4 to 6 green onions, cut in 2 inch pieces
sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Toss pasta with the sesame oil, and set aside.
2. Combine peanut butter and the next four ingredients in a small bowl. Add peanut butter mixture to the pasta and toss gently to combine.
3. Add green onions and toss to combine. Garnish with sesame seeds.
4. Delicious Hot or Cold!
5. You can turn the heat up by adding some Red pepper Flakes too!
