Ingredients:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 bunch celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
coarse salt
ground pepper
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
2. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
3. Add celery and cook until crisp-tender, about 6 minutes.
4. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
