Ingredients:
4 cups roasted red peppers
3 cups bacon – cooked finely chopped
chili paste – to taste
olive oil
2 – 11 oz logs of goat cheese – softened
1 quart sour cream
salt & pepper – to taste
Directions:
1. Puree peppers in olive oil; add bacon, chili paste, salt & pepper. Blend pepper mixture into sour cream & goat cheese; Season to taste with salt & pepper. Chill well before serving.
