Spicy Pork Green Chili--crock Pot

Add some kick to your Tuesday night. Great by itself or over tortilla chips. My family of boys devour the left-overs.
Ingredients:
6 cups water
1 chopped onion
1 large can of diced green chilis (27oz)
1 tbsp diced jalepenos
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 cup sugar *(more or less as desired)
1.5 lbs cubed pork roast
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) great northern beans
1 cup sliced mushrooms *(optional)
1/2 cup chopped celery *(optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar
sour cream *(optional)
tortill chips or flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients (except cheese, sour cream & chips) to CROCK POT
2. Set on low for 8 hours
3. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
4. Serve over tortilla chips or soup style with ripped tortillas to dunk
