Spicy Peanut Noodle Salad

This is an awesome salad. It's got a lot of wonderful flavors going on. I like to eat this with stir fry chicken. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound chinese noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2/3 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons shoyu
2 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon chili paste
1/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoons sliced green onions
3 tablespoons roasted peanuts
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in 2 quarts salted water until tender.
2. When done drain and rinse in cool water.
3. Gently toss with the oil so noodles are lightly coated and do not stick together when they cool.
4. Set aside.
5. In blender or food processor mix together all remaining ingredients except onions and peanuts.
6. Combine sauce and noodles in large bowl and gently toss to coat.
7. Divide among 6 dishes and garnish each serving with the onions and peanuts.
