Spicy Orange Chicken With Vegetables

I use Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing with this recipe, it can be served over noodles if you prefer.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, boneless & skinless, cut into strips
1/2 cup asian sesame dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 white onion, sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup pea pods
3 cups hot cooked rice
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken; stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes, or until done.
2. Remove chicken, add dressing and orange juice to skillet. Bring to a boil, add vegetables; cook 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
3. Return chicken to pan, toss well.
4. Serve over cooked rice or noodles sprinkled with peanuts.
