Spicy Mustard Okra Brussels Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat bottom of dish.
  2. With olive oil, garlic cloves and peppercorn.
  3. Put in a layer of spinach.
  4. A layer of brussels.
  5. A layer of okra.
  6. Dribble some olive oil.
  7. And repeat.
  8. Make sure to coat leaves with oil.
  9. Use a brush if that helps.
  10. Pt in oven at 425/450.
  11. And cook for 15-20 minutes.
  12. With a wooden spoon rotate the veges.
  13. And keep in oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  14. Serve with rice.
