1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Combine yogurt and mustard in a shallow dish. Combine wheat germ and pepper in a shallow dish. Sprinkle salt over both sides of chicken. Dip chicken in yogurt mixture; dredge in wheat germ mixture. Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
