this is a heart healthy snack that everyone loves. this will keep, covered, for a week
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
salt, pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 pinch onion salt
2 cups peanuts or 2 cups hazelnuts
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
cooking spray
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. preheat oven to 300.
3. line a baking pan with tin foil, spray with cooking spray.
4. spread the mixture in pan and bake for 15 minutes, stirring once.
5. cool in pan, about 15 minutes.
