1 slice whole wheat bread, soaked in milk
1 bulb of garlic, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finally chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley

18. Squeeze milk out of the slice of bread and mix with the meat mixture.
19. Make lime size balls and fry all sides on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
20. When frying it is important to use a non-stick frying pan.
21. Fry them till they are medium brown on all sides.
