1 or 2 tablespoons of montreal seasoning or to taste. |

1 small bell pepper finely diced your choice of colors. |
1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder. |
1 1/2 teaspoons of toasted onion powder. |

2 small bags of reames egg noodles unless you make your own. |
1 small head of cabbage chopped. |
1 small onion chopped. |
1/2 to 1 bag of baby carrots whole. |
1 pint of home canned green beans or store bought if you don't can juice and all. |
1 pint of canned corn on the cob or store bought if you don't can juice and all. |
1 pint of canned peas or store bought if you don't can juice and all. |
1 can of tomato juice if you don't make your own or else 1 quart of home canned. |
1 palmful of crushed red pepper. |
2 to 3 more stalks of celery chopped. |
2 heaping tablespoons of balsamic vinegar or to taste (i like it). |
4 potatoes chopped. |
2 tbsps. of freshly ground black pepper. |
1 tbsp of minced garlic. |
