Spicy Mango Salsa

This sauce has a real kick! Great with grilled chicken or fish.
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, flesh of
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 fresh habanero pepper (careful with these, very hot)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until the mangoes begin to break down.
2. Puree the mixture in a food processor or blender.
3. Can be served hot or cold.
