Spicy Macaroni Salad

Macaroni salad without mayo and a bit of a kick.
Ingredients:
8 ounces elbow macaroni
1 large carrot, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
fresh ground black pepper, 10 turns of pepper mill
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons vinegar, red
1/4-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Cook pasta until al dente.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Use enough EVOO to coat.
3. Chill.
