I adapted this recipe to be Weight Watchers friendly from a buttermilk dressing recipe I'd found on the internet. 1/4 of the entire recipe is 2 points and it is really good.
Ingredients:
bagged coleslaw mix
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed (about 1 lime)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
3 garlic cloves, mined
1 serrano pepper, finely diced
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. mix dressing ingredients and toss with coleslaw mix, chill one hour.
