Spicy Italian Vegetarian Sausages Minus Gluten Flour

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast flakes
3/10 cups of chickpea flour
2 tbsp dried stock
2 tbsp dried onion
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/10 tsp of allspice
2 3/10 cups of cold water
Directions:
1. Place 2.3 cups of vital wheat gluten into a bowl. Add all dry ingredients and mix. Put water and all wet ingredients in a jug. Pour into the dry mix and mix lightly with a fork. Place half a cup each on 8 pieces of foil respectively and stem links for 30 mins, no longer. Remove and refrigerate til cold.
