This is Very fruity and very tasty. It's good as is or excellent over ice cream. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 large can pear halves
1 small can cranberry sauce with whole cranberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup granola
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Microwave pears sprinkled with cinnamon on high for 3 minutes.
2. Microwave cranberry sauce on high for 1 minute.
3. Place 2 pear halves in individual fruit dishes then top with spoonful of cranberry sauce.
4. Spoon 1 tablespoon yogurt on top and sprinkle with granola then serve hot.
