Spicy Guava Sauce

For pork chops, chicken or any meat.
Ingredients:
12 ounces guava paste
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
5 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce, sweet & spicy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cut the guava paste into cubes.
2. Combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat, stiring ocacionally for 15-20 minutes until guava paste dissolve.
3. Let cool.
