2 slices bread (preferably whole wheat/grain)
mayo, ranch, or other creamy dressing
salsa
cheese
salt and pepper to taste
optional: mrs. dash no salt spice
Directions:
1. Toast Bread
2. Spread Salsa on One Slice
3. Spread Dressing on Other Side
4. Fry Eggs with Spices
5. Fold Cheese into Fried Egg
6. Put Egg Between Bread
