I put this together for dinner tonight and it turned out pretty tasty. Feel free to spice it up more if desired or to add other seasonings.
Ingredients:
24 ounces sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce (i had 16 ounce jars and used 1 1/2 jars)
1 (20 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies (do not drain)
2 teaspoons minced garlic (can use more or less)
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning (add more if desired) (optional)
kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
2. Spread enough sauce to coat and cover the bottom of the pot.
3. Add frozen raviolis; spread around evenly.
4. Add undrained can of tomatoes.
5. Spread the rest of the alfredo sauce over raviolis.
6. Sprinkle with garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
7. Sprinkle parmesan evenly over the top.
8. Cook on low for 4 hours (if your crockpot runs hot check at 3 hours).
9. Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
