Spicy Cream Cheese And Olive Pinwheels

Tortilla pinwheels with a kick! The olives and green onion give an interesting texture and added flavour. These are quick and easy and make a wonderful addition to an appetizer plate or placed in a lunchbox along side a salad for a complete and tasty lunch.
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup pitted black olives, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 tsp tabasco sauce (or another cayanne pepper sauce)
4 to 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas (i like sundried tomato, but use any variety)
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, olives, green onions and tabasco sauce in a bowl and mix well.
2. Spread a thin layer of mixture over each tortilla. Gently roll each tortilla into a tight tube. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
3. When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap, trim ends from tortilla rolls, and cut each into 1 inch slices. :-)
