Spicy Clams And Tofu Noodles

Take a trip to Italy, without ditching your diet.
Ingredients:
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup ragu mushroom spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
salt (some) and crushed red pepper flakes to taste (lots!)
1 can whole baby clams, undrained
8 oz tofu shirataki spaghetti noodles, drained and rinsed well.
Directions:
1. In a small amount of water in a medium saucepan, saute garlic just until fragrant.
2. Add wine, sauce and seasonings, stir well and bring to a simmer.
3. Pour in the clams and their juices, then the noodles.
4. Cook 1-2 minutes more, and serve.
