Spicy Chinese Cabbage

Spicy vegetable side dish, great with grilled pork or chicken
Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 large cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon teriaki sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar (or vinegar of choice)
2-3 tablespoons sugar (depending on your taste)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In large pan, heat oil...add onions and garlic. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients along with about 1/4 cup water and cook for 15 minutes (covered). Stir occasionally.
