Ingredients:
2 cups chopped onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1 lb ground turkey
28 ounces stewed tomatoes
30 ounces black beans
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups frozen spinach
2 tablespoons flour
lemon pepper
chives
garlic salt
black pepper
chili powder
Directions:
1. Sauté the onions, olive oil and chili flakes.
2. Add turkey; brown.
3. Add tomatoes, black beans, broth and hot sauce.
4. Bring to boil.
5. Sift in flour.
6. Add frozen spinach, cook until tender.
7. Season to taste.
