Spicy Chicken Soup

Nice spicy alternative to chicken noodle; fairly low carb and no gluten.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 medium bell peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
1 (12 ounce) can beer or 2 additonal cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Saute peppers, onion, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken, cook through (about 5 minutes).
3. Add all ingredients to crock pot.
4. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
