Spicy Chicken Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Start water boiling with some salt.
  2. When boiling add pasta and boil for 7 minutes.
  3. Begin heating sausage in frying pan on medium high heat(oil not needed) turning occasionally.
  4. Cut red pepper into strips.
  5. Cut red onion into bite size pieces.
  6. Break off woody end of asparagus and discard.
  7. Put red pepper, red onion, and asparagus in a bowl.
  8. Add 1 tsp oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  9. Toss to coat vegetables.
  10. Grill or broil in the oven until soft and edges beginning to blacken.
  11. Cut up sausage and any large piece vegetable to desired bite size bits.
  12. Add cream cheese, sour cream milk, and parmesan, chili garlic sauce, and chipotle seasoning to frying pan.
  13. Mix sauce well while heating.
  14. Add vegetables and sausage back into pan.
  15. Add drained pasta.
  16. Mix well until all coated and sauce is at desired consistency.
  17. Serve.
