Spicy Chai Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp fennel seed
  • 1 tbsp cardamom seed
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 1/4 inches gingerroot
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp tea (green, black , jasmine , whatever you please)
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar or 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups milk or 2 cups cream

Directions:

  1. Bring to a boil spices in water, then simmer 20 minutes.
  2. Add tea for 5 minutes no longer it will be to bitter!
  3. Strain.
  4. Add sugar and milk stir to dissolve.
  5. Drink Up!
  6. Or cool and add ice for a refreshing summer drink.
  7. Cheers!
