Spicy Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
2 tablespoon(s) butter
2 tablespoon(s) garlic minced
1 box(es) rotini pasta
1 package(s) velveeta spicy buffalo
2 cup(s) croutons
2 tablespoon(s) butter
Directions:
1. Cook pasta to al dente at the same time you are cooking the chicken. In large frying pan melt 2T butter and add chicken, diced, and garlic, gook until chicken is no longer pink. Cut cheese in to small squares and add to chicken after its cooked. As cheese melts add milk to enhance creaminess, stir frequently to avoid burning the cheese. Drain pasta and combine with chicken and cheese mixture, stirring. Put in greased casserole dish and top with croutons. Cook at 350 for 10-15 or until golden brown.
